Worst bank in koratagere. Don't open any savings account in this bank. Bank staffs are worst. They didn't know about internet banking.

Always a busy in terms of customer walk-in to the branch. Poor customer support! No proper response from higher level staff. one clerical mistake done by staff is still not resolved. People don't know the existence of other nationalized banks in the town (Canara bank, Corporation bank & Karnataka bank) still people are falling down to SBM only to open accounts. (people have mindset like Bank means Mysore bank)
