Very good shopping stop. You name it and it's available. Right from Seasons store, Friendship store and many others providing bridal dresses to Tribhuvandas Bhimji jewellers for ornaments.

A normal Indian local train station of Mumbai Western suburbs. Also a shopping hub around the station area for vegetables, many jewellery stores and many stores between station and SV road for ethnic and Indian style marriage clothing to shop for.

Santacruz is the name of a railway station on the Mumbai suburban railway on the Western Line and Harbour Line. The station began operations in October 1888. The neighbourhood is Santacruz. The station is an access point to Juhu (to the west), Kalina and Vakola (to the east). It is served by both the main Western Line and the Harbour Line. It has six platforms and eight tracks i.e. 2 Harbour Line numbered platform 5 & 6 , 2 Main Line (first platform where the train is standing numbered platform 1 & 2, Line 2 is adjacent to it) and while Fast trains don't stop here, it has two platforms for fast trains also numbered 3 & 4. Running alongside them is the 7th & 8th track that is used by long distance trains that are bound for Bandra Terminus. Like most suburbs in Mumbai, the railway station is served by the BEST service. Santacruz East has a large bus terminus. The Santacruz Railway Station on the Mumbai Suburban Railway, the Domestic Terminal (T1) of the Mumbai Airport and one campus of the University of Mumbai are all located in Santacruz (east). Santa Cruz is bordered by Vile Parle to the north, Khar to the south, Juhu to the west and Kurla, Bandra in the east. It is broadly divided in two areas: Santa Cruz (East) and Santa Cruz (West) by the Mumbai Suburban Railway line. The Milan Subway and Khar Subway connect the two areas, passing under the rail line.
