Less crowded than dadar, You can change between WR and CR from here.New bridge constructed between Parel and Prabhadevi (formerly Elphinstone Road) after stampede on 29 September 2017.New bridge is ultra modern, clean wide and very good in crowd management.Parel Terminus is newly constructed.

Beautiful and clean station. Platforms and stairs are clean. Ticket counters are well managed.

Station is relatively clean and ticketing counters are managed well during rush hours also . It also connects to western line elphistone (Prabhadevi) station via a walk bridge .
