One of the important station of western railway.Domestic and international airport are close to this station.nMany educational institutions are at close proximity.nOne can go sea beach from here.nIt is the nearest station for Cooper Hospital,Mithibai college and NIMS institute.Homeopathy college also close to this station.nThe station needs lot of cleanliness.nEntrance is always crowdy.nThe auto stand also makes it more congested.nEscalator installation has helped a lot.

This is really good place with partial accessibility for Disabled and senior citizens beautiful. Various kinds of foods and beverages drinks coffee available wheelchair accessible washroom facilities available for disabled and senior citizens. Tickets counter are disabled community friendly.

Jolly Chemists opposite Shiv Sagar Restaurant may not look enticing but they did have medicine that three other pharmacies (drug stores) were unable to supply. And, it was not any fancy new drug or Covid 19 remedy that I was looking at!!
