A great place to workout and train with a bunch of enthusiastic trainers who know there stuff and I greatly enjoyed learning from them. Have had the most fun working out at Q Cage.

I personally have trained in many gyms but Qcage gives you a sense a home which no other place would do..the trainers and staff are really friendly and are highly trained in their specialities of workout...there are wide variety of equipments that you can train with..nThere is proper cleaning and sanitisation of the equipment on regular basis which makes the place hygienic(which most of the other gyms overlook)nnSo If you like your own privacy while working out and if you looking for a place with world class equipments with the best trainers...nThen this is your go to place.

Shetty uncle has been the only person i have trained with since my early teens (been more than a decade at least) and made the only dojo i have know, would have it no other way. If you truly wanna learn the art and skill of martial arts from people who genuinely want to pass down their knowledge, there is no other place.

Qcage has been incredibly best in the business , with amazing ambiance & Hospitality and world class Trainers with special attention towards clients and their fitness regime. Its a just more then value for money.Moreover all the modules offered by Qcage helps you vent out Stress which surely gets you Mental Relief/Stability , which in today's world is everyones top Most Concern. Qcage has been more than just a Gym. Thanks to Mr Qais Shetty And the entire Team to help everyone get healthy & fit with their expertise.
