Gym experience is very good, but mainly management should personally look after the trainers, as during workout their behavior and personal interference is not at all good. Please take it seriously and do it carefully it may harm your gym future.

Trainers are good. Equipments are best. They are best in class, state of art. But management is not good. To see one change you need to remind for more than 3 times and more over 3 months and still needles will not move. Otherwise best gym to have in kothrud vicinity.

Highly Energetic Batches!! Very attentive and helpful floor trainers!!! Not very stylish and affluent in particular, but a very reasonable gym!!!

It is a well equipped gym.great facilities at low price. Instructors are attentive only in morning n evenings. Afternoons u are on ur own. I am going to have a word with the manager. Otherwise the management is helpful They also gave me 2months of freeze period. The manager listens and helps out with queries and probs. Overall love the gym
