A great gym with good infrastructure. Has many types of equipments. Space is quite large enough but usually gets very crowded in mornings at 7-8/9.nTry going either very early or late in evening to avoid rush. Zumba sessions are fun. Personal training is good if you can afford but don't expect anything great from common trainers. It's all business after all.

If you are professional and experienced in gyming, then you can opt for this gym.nnBut if you are beginner and requires some advice then you shouldn't go for it.nnAs the common trainers won't give any attention to you. They will be helpful in your initial days but later on they won't entertain you. And they will try to offer you Personal Trainer.nnIf you can afford Personal Trainer, then you might like the gym as machines and instruments are good.

Well trained staff who understand your objectives for training and tailor the workout rather than stuffing down what they want
