LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS GYM ! I walk in, and I feel a sense of peace and vibrancy and my own comfort zone. Its just PERFECT. At the time of joining I was a little anxious about it, but from the very first day, I felt so good - they first explained everything in great detail, then I had a counseling session, they trained me explaining about posture and technique of all exercises, and within a week I lost my first 2 kgs. Totally I have lost 28 kgs in 9 months, that too without any dieting, with just 1 hour of exercising here. They keep me on track and monthly check my body composition analysis.nThere is a huge space and a huge range of machines and crossfit work outs, plus lot of exciting group classes - ZUMBA, Pilates, Abs toning, Circuit training, Yoga etc. So I enjoy my workouts becoz of the huge variety. Also, since its quite reasonable for this quality, lot of my friends and relatives have joined here, & they too got good results. If you are planning to join this gym, don't hesitate.. Just Go for it, U will not regret, its really worth a lot more!

Great experience,excellent trainers,flexible timings it helps to manage time for gym,I am happy with my progress.nProfessional and accommodating staff. They are ready to assist at all times and are pleasant. well versed about training ...keep up the good work guys ! I feel great writing this feedback.nawesome place to gain your fitness and muscle.all trainer are very helpful and we'll trained. They always encourages and motive their users.all equipment are well organised.

Gym is well equipped with good machines. Very Spacious and awesome environment. Trainers are very professional and knowledgeable.Trainer explains everything about each exercise and correct posture.Great place for work out, all round development of an individual physical, mental, emotional..... I have been member in Empower gym from last 2 yrs. The trainers are so helpful .They always motivate you, push you to do your best and gives all the information about workout. Even if you face any problem they are always there to help you.They have group activities like zumba, yoga and functional training.Good Ambiance! Machines are new.. hygiene well maintained.. The most beautiful club I have ever seen..Empower has a really well trained staff..feeling grateful that I am the part of it..i suggest everyone please do come..ud83dude0a

This gym has just what i need. I tend to work out in the morning. When it's not crowded. So i never had to wait for equipment. Additionally, i found the right trainer. Who is helping me to reach my fitness goal.nIt's a block away from my house, so there's no excuse for not getting in a good workout!nProfessional and accommodating staff. They are ready to assist at all times and are pleasant. well versed about training  ...keep up the good work guys ! I feel great writing this feedback
