Good gym , Good trainers but seems very sad management does not care about clients. They run business according there convenience. Please note - gym timings 6am to 10 am, 5pm to 8pm sunday closed .An office going finds really difficult to manage timings at evening and in morning its over crowded due to restricted timings (competition timings are lot better i enquired). Tried to speak with management but no use.

The equipments and the atmosphere here is really good. It's been nearly 2 months iv been training here under Surya..the transformation I have achieved is remarkable because of Surya's training. He guides and helps with the proper diet charts and the postures while exercising. The only major area to improve is the hygienic factor in changing rooms.
