The Ritz-Carlton, Pune

After being on lockdown for so long it was great to know that one place in Pune was offering Safecation Staycations. Service was amazing. From Agrim dealing with our booking and pandemic visa issues, to everyone at checkin. Dinner was a 5 course set menu with great selections. After a personal visit from Chef de Cuisine Shivek we were able to order meals with 3 very different food requirements. The food was fantastic. Thank you. Delivered to our room with all health and safety precautions taken. After a great night's sleep we were able to venture down to Three Kitchens for breakfast made specifically to our wishes. The few customers were well separated, PPE's and masks evident on all staff. II had the best Eggs Benedict I have had in 5 years in India and the french toast was delicious. Thank you to Agrim and Shivek who took amazing care of us, also to all the staff members who were attentive and professional throughout. Looking forward to coming back to try out the restaurants when full restrictions are lifted.

It was my twins’ 8th birthday and due to Covid-19 crisis with all restaurants shut for dine in, I was not sure where to celebrate their special day. Fortunately I received a msg from Ritz about their package of check in and dining in one of their restaurants.nWayne helped me plan my kids’ event at Ritz and I was really impressed seeing each n every detail they have considered for infection control. There are strict protocols on maintaining the hygiene with contactless check ins, sanitization at different points and every person maintaining social distancing wearing face shields and gloves. I couldn’t feel more safe.nWe had a warm and friendly welcome by Harry, Ajay and Rishav where they had put few balloons on the floor and few of our kids’ pictures to enhance the birthday vibes. We had an amazing culinary experience where the food was exquisite. I loved the apple toddy mocktail made by Karan, the avocado roll, dry chicken chilly, veg manchurian in appetizers made by Chef Ganesh. We had given specific instructions to prepare the food to be medium spicy and that instruction was followed to the T. Thanks to Chef Hitesh and Chef Bhushan for that.nThe main course was equally good with perfectly done roganjosh, butter chicken, dal makhni and palak paneer with assorted breads.nAmongst desserts, my fav was tiramisu and my family loved jalebi with Rabdi and chilled saffron rasmalai. All dishes came in time and the service was exceptional.nA birthday cake was arranged by Ritz team and we felt highly cared for. I thank each and every member who made our evening so beautiful.nI highly recommend Ritz Carlton to people who wants to have a wonderful time with delightful culinary experience and make memories with their loved ones.

Good place for food and stay. Visited for Sunday brunch. It was the husbands birthday and we had a fantastic experience. Although they forgot to serve us the second round of our drinks, we didn’t mind it because didn’t want to spoil our mood over silly things and we had coffee instead. Food was good. Service could’ve been better

If you want to be pampered to the core, that's the place to go. My family and I were treated to an amazing array of services and not to forget the lip-smacking cuisines. Every single inch of the hotel spells superb customer service. Would definitely recommend it again and again. Looking forward to my next weekend!!
