Please avoid their forex service at any cost. Their service is pathetic and they will do their best not to return a refund of any kind issued to your account. Also, the service is insecure and blocked/should be blocked at several places.

Worst place ,its totally a scam i had booked the europe trip , it was cancelled by them the refund process almost took 20 days the staff is non responsive . Dont ever book holidays with them, they use our money and before departure they cancel the tour . Please don't ever book your holidays there it's a total scam.

Polite and professional staff. Good and prompt service was provided. Please take a note that they don't accept change (coins) of 1/2/5 euro or USD while exchanging money. They only exchange notes. Thomas cook travel card is very good option while going abroad for paperless transactions.
