They damaged my new bike sent from Nashik to Ahmedabad and now they are not taking the ownership. They just keep blaming it on the driver. Very poor and pathetic agency.

It was the worst experience of my life.nBus stopped at Maharashtra border at 3 Am and No response from the shreenath travells till 7. No arrangements nothing. It sucks. I will complain against this.

The worst experience I had. I would rate this agency with no star. I had booked ticket from Shirdi to Solapur online through Paytm. Bus came late for more than 45 mins. Then after leaving Shirdi when Nagar came, a travel agent (his name is Sameer) got inside the bus and forced me to vacate the seats as he had booked the same seat numbers to some other customers. When I denied and showed by booking, he was in no mood to listen. He started fighting with me and then threatened me that he will do anything to remove me and my family from the bus. He was local gunda. I learned in Solapur that lot of customers have already complained about him but nobody has taken action against him. Above all this sleeper coaches are not in good condition. So guys be careful rather do not book tickets with this Travel agency.
