I would not recommend this place or most other places in Nasik right now. Coral used to be a good place when Dr Sukhbir Singh was around, but currently after his death, it has gone under a corrupt management. The massages are good (especially Padma's), but some pseudo-scientific policies and practices are being introduced by new doctors. Yoga practices are not all-inclusive and many asanas/exercizes are not really taught. Doctors also keep changing, as the second and third time I went, there were a totally new set of people consulting and teaching yoga. Yoga sessions are also only once a day unlike earlier when they held sessions twice a day. The food is well-cooked but the diet served is not balanced (like having only dhokla and chatni for dinner and serving fruits for lunch/dinner instead of in the morning for breakfast). Many essential ingredients and spices are not used. There are lots of mosquitoes, and the area behind the treatment center is wet, unhygienic and never cleaned. People throw coconut shells and fruit skin directly there, and germs fester. There is very little water flow in the private bathrooms in the rooms. I would recommend kaivalyadham in Lonavla instead, which is more scientific/credible and internationally popular, has very good and healthy food diet for all participants, cleanliness, and much better staff and management and atmosphere too. The cost at kaivalyadham is the same (or slightly cheaper as well, depending on the package you take). I have cured my asthma to a great extent on my own (and after going to kaivalyadham).

We, that is self and my wife Kusum, have been visiting Coral evey year for the last 3 years. We were introduced to this place by my daughter's family way back in 2007.nWhile detoxification, fitness and wellness were the most important objectives that brought us to Coral in the first instance, today ...we simply love the place, the experience. Warm and friendly staff, rejuvenating massages, mud packs, other treatments, yoga and pranayam sessions, wholesome and tasty meals, juices etc. add up to a very special and personalised service and experience.nPoor hygiene in the treatment rooms is, however, the only sore point. I strongly recommend you carry your own set of napkins / towels for wiping the body after oil massage.

Most of the positive reviews here are being written by their own staff members. My friend and I from Paris stayed at Panchatantra Nisargopchar few meters away and we found that and this both shady upon visiting. Sniffs of quackery. Beware.
