Very bad...the reserved bus was filled with 5-5 passengers on each seat and insects/worms were travelling on the seat....when we complained for the same to the bus fellow that in this Covid situation why are you taking so many passengers ..there was no co-operation from the office people as well

Very arrogant staff , they don't have manners , really i was shocked how arrogantly they talk with me .,nVery bad service provided by driver& cleaner . Worst time management Bus time was 8pm to 8 am from nagpur to pune ..but reached at pune on 11:45 am..it means 4 hrs late ...so personally I sujjest to all don't go with this travels .nMy journey date 21 February 2020 @8pm from nagpur

Don t travels these travels are very bad very bad experience travels cleaning is very poor and driver cleanrer look and behavior like terrorist. Travels avg speed is 30km /per hr its take time to riche pune 26hrs... pls dont travel mahindra travels
