Very bad experience in khurana express. The air conditioner was closed all night, no one was ready to pick up the phone in khurana express. We want our money back

Had an amazing journey with the Khurana Travel the seats are very comfortable . The service is amazing. The Drive was smooth. Quite interesting journey I have traveled a lot with this one. All the way from Indore to Hingoli and Parbhani to Nagpur. Such a good Buses and the coaches provided by them are really amazing. The AC is in good condition working. No other bus can provide this kind of service. You must Try and Travel good Rates also. :) :)

The following experience is with the bus running on Amravati Hyderabad route. The bedsheets, blankets were unwashed, dirty. The bed had a vomitting Smell which made the traveling experience worst. There was a typical Smell in the bus too . Driver, conductor were unable to help. Prefer this agency as the last choice, diamond travels is far better.
