It was PATHETIC and Disasterous!nnAnd to be very crisp and precise, it was PATHETIC on their side on how they are managing the bus services and disterous on my part why I availed their service.nnAdding to what I wrote above, It can give a panic attack to anyone and the reason being not a single precautionary measures were followed from the time I boarded the bus till the drop.nI believe they are least bothered about the passengers safety! One of the most common thing which even a two year old kid will understand is that one should wear a mask in public places but these bunch of fools starting from the driver, cleaner and helper no one..I repeat NO ONE was wearing a mask.nnSeats were all full of dust ! I can feel the dust and mud particles allover the seat and Windows! I believe these red bus people should stop advertising and should stop making fake promises that they are following all covid19 precautionary measures and guidelines.nnYour Safety is our utmost priority that's what red bus tag line says but guys believe me it's only for advertisement purpose and nothing to do with a reality.nnThis will be my last trip with these people and I want to address this to each and every individual who are planning to spend their money on these bus services! I'll give a big Zero for the service and precautionary measures and cleaninnes part.nnNot at all recommend! Think twice before going for these vendors.

Bus was delayed by 24hrs..YES, 24hrs..This was my worst experience ever (Allahabad to Mumbai)

Worst travel service given by them as I booked ticket from Jabalpur to Varanasi they suddenly cancelled the bus and shift me and other 5 co passengers to the bus going to hanumana. Which is delayed by 3 hrs. They said that you get a bus here and we will provide surity of reaching varanasi on time 10:00 PM bus came on 1:15 AM. They asked us to came 6 km away from pickup point. Then after taking us they again took the bus to pickup point. Worst service worst team worst management. One of the passenger was tourist from Spain, he also suffered from that. I will never suggest anyone for this travel service.nnAccording to them correct time to reach varanasi is 10:00AM but we reached at 4:30 PM just because of their worst management and greediness.

The buses are ordinary and congested. I had a terrible experience. I was to get down at Chitrakoot, they didn't announce arrival of Chitrakoot. I got doubt and asked them that I want to get down at Chitrakoot. They simply told me that bus has passed my destination and is ahead by around 20 km. They were arguing why I didn't get down there? I told them I am new to this area and it was your duty to make announcement about the destination. They dropped me on highway @ 6am.
