Staff at Yavatmal office is very rude. They asked me that should they come to me and request me to book the tickets for DNR travel? Can you imagine such question from any service provider? I think they don't care about the traveller. They have not inform that bus was late by 45 minutes. I had waited for more than 1hour at the stop. In future I will not travel by this bus for sure....

It used to be good and punctual.nBut today 25.10.20, I've booked this bus scheduled to depart at 7am from Nagpur for Chandrapur, and this bus left bus stand by 7.30 and now waiting for another 30 min at the Chhatrapati Square.nnThey should know that beyond their meagre profits they can't waste the time of their customers.nnExtremely unprofessional.

Bus was 30 min late also not sanitized. Also staff at booking desk not applied mask on face. Not suggest to prefer.

After lockdown, they aren't following rules of pandemic. Fully booked seats has chance of spreading corona . giving worst services.

Bus is awesome , but employees are not letting people to board bus .. recently faced issue on nagpur chandrapur waynPlease look into it
