Unprofessional & poor staff service. Because of misleading instructions of staff, I had to suffer at airport. Even after the tour, staff intentionally avoiding phone calls (not provided tour invoice & LTA purpose documents). They charged me for GST but not giving the invoice for same. Tried calling, emailing them many times but not receiving call & avoiding behaviour from staff. The hotel room which we asked & which we got were different too at one place.

It's a very good traveling agency,caring staff,,no worry about meals,, provides best quality food , you would like to travel again with this tours ,, surely quite affordable,.

Excellent Fixed Group Departure tours available at this agency.nMany destination are covered with own catering team travelling alongwith the group.nEnd to end tour manager, very suitable for senior citizens.nSpecialized in Kashmir, Andaman, NorthEast, Bhutan and Srilanka tours alongwith other destinations as well.
