Can I give rating in negative please ?nNo proper planning , no guidance . My first euro trip and it was such a task . At every step we ourself had to do planning . Couldn’t enjoy the trip much as most of my time was spent online in checking and scheduling things . Why such a mess ? When I paid such a huge amount to a travel agent ? Isn’t it travel agent’s duty to help us and give tips beforehand ? They themselves dont have any first hand information .nIf you value your hard earned money and your precious time and want to have a nice swift trip , stay away from this travel agency .nI can’t express in words how much headache I am having right now as I board my train from Venice to Florence , planning things out .nThey TIcket checked of this train is looking angrily at me right now as we were told by our agent that euro rail pass works for every train but no ! We need to buy tickets separately as well .nThey gave us accommodation far far away in a very secluded city near Venice , not a single human could be seen, no taxis , for 1 km had to walk with our heavy luggage to room , not only it was tiring but scary , since just one day before our wallet got stolen from metro .nMany many more such points but I am too exhausted right now to mention them individually.
