It's a small railway station in Telangana still it has many facilities which should be present on a major railway station. The platforms are totally clean and food vendors are roaming everywhere. Outside the station, there's a auto stand. Only language barrier is there otherwise it's an excellent railway station

Would you believe it? I was asked by one of the staff to cross the tracks and ease behind the “jhaadees” (bushes)! I was furious. But upon realizing that I had enquired about a toilet for my mother to relieve herself, they allowed her to use the AC hall as we had an AC class ticket.nBut the station is filthy and definitely needs more development.nIt’s strange how the stations are treated. The lesser the income/ turnover the lesser the attention and facilities they receive. So I was told.nMy question is what would we do in the instance of an emergency in the near-abouts? And aren’t they people too who frequent these “small stations “? I think we need basic amenities even and especially in all stations without prejudice.nThen there’s that age old issue of educating people to use and not abuse provisions.nSadly, as I’ve heard it said somewhere, “we Indians eat in private and ease in public!” ud83dude33ud83dude28ud83dude30ud83eudd22ud83eudd2e
