Efficient Crew, good selection of food n beverages, great in flight magazine, innovative & Good airline. They need to work hard so that there r no flight cancellations & need to improve on time performance to win customers trust!

It's was good aircraft.. but i was not so lucky.. my flight was on 3 pm n he take off 10 pm at night.. please please please save customer time n important

My flight was supposed to depart an hour ago. Due to an unclear delay, I have to wait 2 and a half hours more. I am going to miss my connecting flight as a result. The Representatives aren't helpful at all, the customer care helpline doesn't work with no one on the other end available to speak with me. Terrible experience, not going to book again as I feel that things could've been handled better

Absolute trash. Flights cancelled without any intimation and follow-up customer service is deplorable. Pathetic.

A really really bad experience i had... the trujet flight delayed for 3 hrs.... and the executives are even not co-operating..... just avoid this flight when u r booking.
