Had a very bad experience. Staff was not at all cooperative. First I was informed that my parcel is there at their Waluj office so I went there right away from Cidco. There they told me that it is there only wt Cidco. After going there none of their staff helped me to put the parcel in my car. Poor. Not at all recommended.

Very bad experience.. actually I want to give half star but there is no option..behavior of Gati staff is very rude & they did not attending phone call and they took around 1 month for delivery..its not 'GATI' it's 'DURGATI'ud83dude22 ud83dudc4e
