Earl Gray & Sons Plumbing

I didn't actually use them. I was stuck waiting for a train in front of their building and now google won't leave me alone about it until I give a review: The outside of the building looked ok. Could us a bright color or two to make it pop.

Earl Gray & Sons helped in repairing my water supply line that ran to my master shower. I gave them a call for a quote on a Tuesday and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman during the intake call. Two days later (Thursday) Rusty came out for a quote. The following week on Tuesday, Rusty came out and completed the repair. He made helpful suggestions on the repair and kept water pressure top of mind! Rusty was easy to talk to, very helpful, acted as a professional, and cleaned up after himself before his departure. I have had such a positive experience. It only took 1 week from call for service to service being completed! This was not an emergency call, so I was very impressed with their response to render a service. I know my next plumbing issue will be prepared by Earl Gray & Sons, because of this positive experience! Thanks!

We replaced our water heaters with tankless water heaters. We were very happy with Earl Gray from start to finish. Their work was very professional from coming to give us an estimate and thorough explanation of how a tankless water heater works to installation. They have addressed a couple of issues we had, not with the heaters themselves, but with setting temperature and how to work recirculation. They responded immediately and technicians were great at once again at both explaining as well as showing us how to address our questions.

I had some minor residential plumbing needs serviced by Earl Gray & Sons Plumbing. They were professional and did an excellent job. The entire experience was flawless from start to finish, couldn't be happier.

Had previous plumbing service tell us we would have to order part from dealer to fix slow faucet - Earl Gary had no problem with repair. Also repaired nonworking water shut off in addition to replacing toilet float. Courteous and Professional
