Bus frequency is very good but 39 doesn't leave on time

This bus depot is well maintained and clean. But the staffs are not cooperative and responsive at all. They will not answer your queries unless you ask 4 or 5 times. 'Best service' haha

Well maintained bus station with a great frequency of bus route 415 along with 39, 312 etc.

on 22-9-2017 There was no 492 (thane to SEEPZ) bus from 11 am to 12:10 pm. I was waiting at Hiranandani estate gate bus stop. Also on 15-9-2017 there was no 492 bus from 11 am to 11:40 am.BEST should follow the time table. It is making commuters suffer.
