Hotel Pratibha Executive 2 STAR

We, four of us booked two room on 19:11:19 through Goibibo at Osmanabad for two families. Contacted the hotel two times, informed the time of check in time. Meanwhile got the welcoming message from hotel. On reaching the hotel shocked to hear from hotel receptionist that our booking is cancelled as they are not having any agreement with Goibibo. All my effort to call Goibibo have failed as there was no response from them and hotel people refused to call Goibibo. With lot of arguments, nearly 50 minutes waiting and after showing the booking confirmation and welcoming message of the hotel got two rooms at different floor. Horrible experience with the non cooperative hotel staff, dirty rooms, torn and used bedspreads , pillow covers in similar condition. No water, no toiletries, no towels are provided to us. With all these sufferings we mailed, messaged and uploaded in Goibibo website along with seven photographs to understand the pathetic condition of hotel rooms. As there was no response I continued complaining and contacted the Goibibo customer care but didn't get any money back or any kind behavior from any of Goibibo staff. Instead started saying sorry for the inconveniences.nWith all these I asked Goibibo that I am not happy with you and spreaded the news with friends, relatives and most possible known people to avoid Goibibo in future.nNot advisable to use Goibibo, that book HOTEL PRATHIBHA EXECUTIVE Osmanabad, Maharashtra. Be careful and don't venture to suffer like us, please.

Near to Central Bus stand osmanabad and all other Travel agencies to go on far...All staff is useful and Service is awesome...

Worse Hotel In Osmanabad.. उस्मानाबाद मधील सर्वात फालतू हॉटेल They Will Charge You Top Dollar for pathetic service and unclean rooms. Zero Stars From Me. I found empty desi alcohol bottles in every corner of my room. I booked their best room Suite Delux for 2100 Rupees in this room you will find torn sofa, rude staff, no parking, worse hotel and worse experience.

Hotel is near to bus stand. I took the suit and that was just okay. Restaurant are not available in hotel

Statfs are good...nice rooms but not much space but it can adjust
