Had a Minor error in my address, went there will all necessary documents and they said it will be done within a week. Yet again they did the same mistake in my address even with the proper documentation to rectify the problem... unprofessional behaviour and lazy adminstration only an idiot does the same mistake twice...

I have visited the rpo office and both times they saic come with prior appointment. When i am seeking for help they tell to send a mail to rpo Id.nThey are not clear with the issue on why my passport is getting delayed. And they ard telling me to give clarification??nOn what i will give clarification. You have to tell whats the issue with my documentation. Even after police verification and all process done. They sent me adverse report. Not helping at all.

Nice place RPO mumbai...I suggest that RPO helps u as much u try to explain them clearly.So Try to bring ur concern to them again and again politely they will surely help you.Thanks RPO for doing your job smoothly and giving hope.

BKC regional passport office are worst services provider there officer are very lazy and not doing proper their work i submitted two times document to bkc office for issue my passport they said your passport will come at your home but when i reach home the police verification send by officer and again start to end procedure take.nnits very small work my previous name want to change which i issue advertising in news paper and submitted 2 times in BKC office but they are not show my previous name in PVR thats why police officer not clearance my verification police said when they dont write in your passport application your previous name colum how can i clear verification.nnso requested to BKC head department to take serious issue again this lazy officer where they dont do their proper work and harrase us and waste of our time other wise I complain RTI again BKC Regional Office.
