Staff is OK. Service is alright; doesn't go beyond your expectations. Because of less number of service centres for Ford vehicles, you don't have many options. But this place is definitely better than other centres in Mumbai.n--n3 years is a very quick response. ud83dude0f

I was really unhappy with the overall experience. While it started with a warm welcome, the following service was below standards.nThe sales executive did not demonstrate the features of the car and instantaneously jumped to conclusion. Straight to the point, when do u plan to buy the car?nI haven't even seen the car and or is convinced to buy the car yet. I was indeed exploring the depot cars on my own and trying to understand the differences between variants.nHe significantly concentrated on clearing their in-stock color variants and clearly discouraged other preferred options by offers and no offers at all respectively.nIt was merely a waste of time and effort travelling all the way from town to scrutiny the car and it's performance. I left with the same sad impression I had a year ago wth SC Ford.nQuite unsure if my couple of experiences are sufficient to make a generic statement that Ford has to recruit more customer centric staff to enhance its customer experience quotient. The service was not upto mark. Test drive was also not offered for the car. Although they are happy to welcome you to their showroom. Service after you enter the shoroom is below average.nnEven after promising test drive, it was not provided.
