The place is clean and service advisors are good and explain the work in detail. Being Honda they should keep parts available. Senors and such parts are not available is a bit strange. Service and cost explanation is very good.

Authorised Service center for Honda cars.nGood service by expert staff. Only thing is servicing cost is exorbitant. First paid service cost for me was 10000+.nSame service elsewhere costs just under 5000/-.

Yesterday I had given my car Honda city for service . I have been a regular customer for around 6 years but had a bad experience which has broken the trust . I had complained about one back side window sliding was an issue due to rainwater and dust formed . I had just inform to do service . But they came up with that battery has to be change which will cost 7 k . When I took the car in the eve my power window was stuck and it was not coming down . They I had called my friend to see and he said they have done false to exort money . In fact they had just removed the connection so that customer won’t know . So never to trust hallmark representative and it’s for the management to take a call on this how to improve the service standard. I agree that there is a bad scenario due to covid 19 but this is not the way to exort money from customer

This is my second visit to Thane branch and today also AC is not functioning, no fans and I'm waiting from last 30 minutes for them to complete paperwork to submit my car for service. Service desk is absolutely poor.

Far place in covid time.nAnd staff us helpful but some of the staff is arrogant and not helpful .
