Thane Head Post OfficennThe is Thane's biggest post office and offers all postal service. Thane residents with the pin code 400601 have to go this post office to collect mail that arrived when they were not home.nnThis PO offers postal banking, postal life insurance and regular mail services. It has longer hours than other Thane Post offices. Thane Head post office staff are cooperative and serve customers politely and efficiently.nnThe post office also has an ATM for India Post's banking services. Social Distancing Norms are not followed at all. The Agents always skip the queue and directly approach the counter. Every agent has at least 10 different application forms. Hence it takes sometimes 30-45 mins to get that processed. During this time the queue gets added up with individuals and hence it results into a long waiting time. Sometimes it takes hours.nnHence it is requested to the respective Administration to take appropriate actions at least in this Pandemic situation so that the place does not get crowded due to these agents.

Place is big but needs redesigning to accommodate huge number of visitors. Upkeep is not good.

Exellent... in this pandamic situation.. Staff is busy in delivering Medicines on priority...nwho ever visiting the delivery section.. they are treating customers very well.... Thank you entire staff
