Good service contrary to what people have mentioned. The timings are changed now due to limited staff because of pandemic. It starts at 10 am and there is a bit of rush too

Its bad experience. Nobody listens. Official time is till 1.30 PM. I reached there by 1.15 PM. Still they say comein tomorrow. Its pathetic. They're not interested at all.

The timing mentioned for Saturday are not matching with actual being followed by Kasarvadavali Post office. I went there @11:28 am today for sending one parcel through speed post. Shutter was down. I made personal request since I will have to wait till next Saturday to send courier because I cannot do it during working days due to post office timings issue. In spite of repeated personal requests, post office staff did not budge. This is the state of our functioning and public service our postal department is giving!
