I got my post Covid 19 lab tests done & had a good experience plus the guidance was proper. Highly recommended for healthchecks.

They charge entry fee of RS100.00 from everyone who visits in the name of Covid. The doctors lack experience and punctuality. Other staff dont even follow first come first serve policy.nAvoid going there for medical checkup for insurance. They will make non diabetic also diabetic and you will end up paying higher premium.

I went for a full body check up. The staff is very slow. Many doctors were not there but they called me at 8 am in the morning. I had to wait for couple of hours for doctors to come and do the tests. Staff kept on saying that they are just here, coming in 15 mins. Also, it was a completely sponsored package from my corporate but still they were asking for money. Very unprofessional and rude receptionists at the clinic.

To ,nDear Apollo Clinic Head,nIt was my first ever visit to Apollo Clinic at Thane opp Viviana mall. What a great experience at Apollo Clinic. Right from the door man to Receptionist and then followed by all doctors and nurses. It was great experience. All your staff at Thane Apollo Clinic ( flower valley) were excellent in their duties. The canteen breakfast was too good & tea although it was a machine tea, it was really tasty. Overall this clinic, I should give rating as EXCELLENT experience.Regards, Pramod Kadam, Thane 400602
