Extremely bad experience...they kept us waiting outside the store...in this time of virus..... actually only one person was there ...n they should atleast ask us which secty we want yo buy....uppervfloor was empty no one was there...so we could go there n buy..I understand pandemic. Time....but arrangements should be made to wait outside..my hubby was so angry with watchman attitude..he thought we r pour ppl who could not buy......from our clothes....very bad experience.. the staff persons r having hign attitude

Very very bad experience with the staff. This is the second time they did not allow us to enter the store telling the staff was having lunch at 2:41pm, though few customers were still inside. It was clearly visible from outside that the security guard was given instructions from the cash counter for not allowing us inside. This is not the way to deal with customer's. I would request the admin to change the staff or look into the matter as firstcry is loosing it's brand image.

Easy to locate.nnIn service road, Close to LifeShots, India's first Concept Human garage.nGood collection of kids dress, toys and accessories.nArea is bit crowded in evening. Day time I'd fine.nEarly morning is good for shopping and easy billing.nGood people around and services also fine.nParking available behind the building and in front of building.
