Sold me an office table and chair. They do not know the price also and after delivery they said the price is incorrect and need to pay more. And they told me to collect receipt coming to their office again, its their fault, they should come and deliver me the new receipt, but the caller girl talked as if ordering or commanding with her high pitch irritating voice. And wonder if the table is a godrej product, has no godrej interior tag or something but cost around Rs15000, and on top non of them told me how to operate the chair, its so uncomfortable. Its creating backpain to me now. Thinking to buy another chair and of cource not from this unprofessional shop. They told the delivery boy to take money from me for getting the table and chair down from their 2nd floor to the vehicle, not from their shop to my house, as if I have to bear all their loading unloading charge at their shop also. What a rubbish they talk. Lots of shouting, argument and screeming between the shop people and the delivery boy happened that day and took money from me at the end and lots of unnecessary calls while getting a single table and chair from this shop.They all seem so rude and mad. It was all chaos. I feel, a peaceful delivery from Pepperfry or Amazon could have been more better than dealing the people in this shop. Totally mannerless and so unprofessional.Had an extremely worst experience ever in life.

Very less stock maybe due to Covid, expected Diwali offers as announced in Godrej website will be offered by the dealer but the offer was much less 15% in website but dealer offered only 5%
