The branch Manager and the clerks were very helpful when govt. Made it mandatory for students to have a bank account in order to receive govt. sponsored benefits (ST scholarship).nHundreds of students turned in their branch without proper documents, but staffs patiently handled the situation made sure everybody has an account in the bank. The ATM is a boon to the local people as well as the students community who comes from far off places to study here.nI opened my first bank account here.

One of the worst bank branches, always have some problems with network or signal. The staff are very rude, doesn't follow confidentiality and ask password and PIN openly. The staff and Manager are very partial in dealing with the customer.nSBI need to improve these people and the infra
