Don't feel like to give not even 1 star most of the staffs nurse specially in room no.2 and management team are worst seems like they are doing favour acting like doctor. I don't know what they are thinking of themselves. Room where I stayed (P1)was private and it was very dirty, I dint even have dinner and lunch because I feel like throwing out. I visited a wrong place. I don't recommended to the place.

Today we had come to see the pediatrician as my son had fever. The nurses in room no 2 are extremely rude and they show attitude of as they don't care. They are too busy gossiping with each other and on cellphone. They seem to have no training on etiquette and customer service or is this culture an accepted norms by the management of Dr.Ratans. it's shocking that it's a children care unit and the nurses are so rude and not helpful. It's a shame when the world is progressing and customers is what every institute preserve here it's been not only taken lightly but treated so badly.

Regarding the management their is lack of treating the patient n family members in proper way by most of the nurses, it is requested to d management to take strictly care about such things n teach them how to behave wit their customer in proper manner. If nt more negative consequences will b in effect soon against hospital. Particularly this arrogant nurses forgot their places where they exist. If u run business (hospitals) teach your employees hw to behave wit their customer at first priority,coz of few arrogant employee n nurses dnt want to visit this hospital again. N the rest this hospital is too much expensive, I wud nt refer to any of my families to visit this hospital n d rest it's up to u. This was my experience which I hv bear in few days when I visited.

This hospital is not for the middle class, is too costly. Cida pusiluradi adum mutle.

Good for treatment of childrens.nMay god bless every child so noone have to come here
