Excelencia Restaurant Nongpoh

The name itself is enough ... its an excellent restaurant just on the main road .. food is really good.. clean and hygienic .. they have an open parking space too .. you have to take the stairs to walk up to the restaurant -- ambience is serene .. there is stall near the restaurant entrance ... selling pickles :-) . enjoyed the Rainbow drink :-)

Good food & very helpful staff. A neat & clean place

It was a great place to have non-veg food whenever you are travelling through NH 6, GS Road at Nongpoh. Food taste was also nice. Service was reasonably quick which was good for us. Toilet was very neat and clean and well maintained. It's mostly crowded, which is good as food will be fresh. Good for family. Fresh and hygienic. Good staff. Huge parking place.

My first time here... very nice and clean ambience wonderfully decorated with flowers. I heard a passerby group saying it feels as if we are in Black Forest Germany, now that's a compliment. Because it truly did feel like that. Food is yummy too, I just had a chicken kathi roll and a coffee for 200Rs. Washrooms were clean and plants were placed there too.

It was a good restaurant on the way to Shillong from Guwahati. It is quite a fancy restaurant but at the same time one of the few places where you can get Chapati. I think if you’re on a road trip from Gauhati to Meghalaya this is the best place to dine out and stop by.
