Crunch Fitness - Worcester

This gym is inexpensive and not fancy, it’s great for low income people like myself (I’m young and an americorps volunteer). I don’t own a car and I rely on my bike to get there, it’s free. I was keeping it inside out of the way from everyone and everything which a few attendants said was fine, they kept an eye on it for me and they were really nice about it. But today the attendant was not friendly and told me I couldn’t keep it inside anymore, that she was going to alert everyone not to let people keep bikes inside and that I could “just lock it up outside.” There’s literally nothing safe outside I can lock it up to though. Or really anywhere safe to lock it. Bike theft is a huge issue and it’s hard to get your bike back!! I can’t afford to have my bike stolen and locks destroyed. If you guys are worried about “everyone parking their bikes inside” (even though practically everyone drives) as the attendant said then invest in a nice safe bike rack outside so that this place is accessible for the low income crowd that you attract.

Absolute worst gym I’ve ever been to. The gym is dirty, poor quality locker rooms, and old equipment. Horrible and rude customer service and staff (especially the manager) who refused to cancel or refund me for the annual fee that they fail to inform you of prior to charging you. They're very inconsiderate considering the pandemic we’re in. Will never be coming back here. Do not recommend this place at all.

Plenty of equipment and great hours despite covid-19.

I have been attending for over a year. The plus side is facility is stocked pretty well with everything you could need. However they hardly maintain anything, equipment stays broken for way too long and its not as sanitary as I would like. The other big issue is that they really don't have enough parking to handle the amount of members on a week night. People end up parking way down the street and walking, it is a nightmare in the winter time.
