Loved my trainer Ann! But the rest of them are idiots.nnOnce when I forgot my inhaler and was trying not to have an asthma attack the young, tall, Asian trainer started yelling at me to move from the space. Again, I was focused on catching my breath and not passing out.nnAlso Aaron the “personal training manager” messed up freezing my training contract(I gave the 30 day notice) and put me in a financial ordeal. On top of doing that he would not call or contact me back for a week. I was paying $200/month for personal training and the membership and you can’t even call your clients back? Even though I called multiple times explaining that it’s urgent and messing with my money. After a week I had it and went to the gym and told him off. After getting his boss’s info, I emailed Eric and he sorted it out.nnIt was unprofessional and that is not how you conduct business or treat your clients. I really loved going to that gym and training with Ann but they don’t deserve my business after that so thanks! ud83dudd95ud83cudffe

As an avid gym goer for many many years, I can say that this place is excellent. It has all the equipment you'll need to get in any routine, be it lifting, resistance, cardio, or cross train. The size of the gym is great, and the staff is always on the floor insuring that all equipment is sanitized at all times. The only issue, is an issue that most every gym in America has, and that's peak hours capacity. If you wanna go between 4pm and 7pm, be prepared for a crowded workout. But that's the case with every gym, no matter how big. Overall, the friendly staff and environment give a 5 star rating
