Premier equipment and quality service. I love the ability to go into the retail store and try out the equipment you can buy. I have never had any issue with any strength equipment, apparel, or anything else I have purchased from Rogue. I recommend them for all your training purposes.

Great product selection, quick shipping, good quality on products. Products go fast during COVID and they are out of stock on a majority of their inventory but that's understandable.nnMy issue is with their customer service. These are expensive premium products and their customer service does not match it. I've had a couple of incidents with help on orders but the most recent one left a bad taste in my mouth: I ordered two separate large orders back to back (within minutes). I realized that had I ordered them together as one order it would have saved me about $350 in shipping. I tried to place a new order with all the items to go back and cancel the first two and I kept getting an error. I called in and waited an hour in line to speak with someone. In the meantime, one of the items I ordered went out of stock. They refused to combine my orders and ship them together. They said that they COULD but it was their policy that they don't combine orders. I asked for an exception and they would not budge.nnI completely understand following policies and being fair across the board but I also appreciate when companies can put a human element in customer service and not stick to rules that don't always make sense like robots. There wasn't anything crazy about what I was asking, especially since I tried to make the new order and the processing of it was having issues.nnThat being said, I love their products and will likely keep coming back.

Horrible customer service. Shady business. I will not buy from them again. I’m unhappy with the service given and the quality. I purchased my Bumper plates from them. Due to the poor customer service and lack of quality for the price, I am going with Titan fitness for our squat rack and all further equipment needs. I highly recommend you do the same.

I cannot say enough bad things about this place. The level of disorganization is unparalleled by anything I've ever seen. If you are considering working here, DONT. RUN AWAY. THEY PAY YOU SO MUCH FOR AN ENTRY POSITION FOR A REASON. IT IS A TERRIBLE, UNSAFE, DISORGANIZED, CHAOTIC ENVIRONMENT WITH ABSOLUTELY *ZERO* COMMUNICATION FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NEXT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. SERIOUSLY.

I ordered the most expensive workout gloves on the market using their sizing chart. They came way too small. I've paid so much shipping to get the right size. Not worth it. Buy from Amazon
