Amazing facility and amenities. A lot. Ore value than anyone else. Chase did a great job walking me through and showing me everything. I can't wait for some HIIT classes.

Very poor customer service. Under Covid I was charged as they said I would not. When I saw this I called to cancel and I was told I had to come in to cancel. I could not right away. When I was able to come in I was told that I was not in time for the cancellation and that I would be charged the following month.

Great gym and facilities.... But management are very poor at communication.nnI have been having PT sessions since last sept, and stopped whilst the gym was closed as required by the governor. When the gym opened back on the 1st of September I spoke to the GM to cancel my PT sessions, he gave me his business card to send him a email, he said it wouldn’t be a problem as the gym was still not offering PT sessions and the trainers were not coming in.nnNow I’m being told I need to give 30 days written notice and will be billed for one more month until it cancels, whilst I fully understand the 30 day notice, but the gym was physically closed so I had no way to give my notice earlier. I feel they management should understand the situation and be reasonable.nnTo date I l’ve just kept getting getting generic in personal responses.... I have repeatedly asked for escalation information for the business owner and or corporate, but to date they have ignored my emails.

We are an active duty military family that had to move during the pandemic. During this time, we tried numerous times to try and cancel our membership with no luck of contacting anyone when Crunch was shut down. We noticed this month we were billed after Crunch opened back up again. I didn’t think anything of it, just figured I’d contact the manager and explain to him our situation and we’d be refunded the money and able to cancel the membership. Boy, was I wrong. Jeff Faille, the new GM for Crunch in Ballantyne responded via email with the form to fill out and told me he would not refund our money and our cancellation would not be in effect until 30 days later. Even after trying to explain to him our situation again, he responded with, “nothing I can do” and refused to personally contact me.nI called my bank to stop payment only to find out from the bank that Crunch is notorious for billing you with a different name, (IE, Crunch123, CrunchFit, etci) in order for it go through and not get blocked. That’s why this gym makes you give them your account and routing info so they can fraudulently take your money if you stop payments.nIt’s a shame that Crunch wants to treat its members this way, in such an awful time. I’m disgusted I even did business with this awful company.nnAnd I see the other reviews with the same problem. Don’t come at me with, “you understood the agreements when signing up”. ONE, I wasn’t expecting a pandemic to happen where I could not contact ANYONE from Crunch to cancel. TWO, How do you cancel a membership WHEN THERES NO ONE TO TAKE THAT REQUEST.
