I have equipped my home gym with a power rack from Rep and have quite a few of their products. They make excellent equipment at a relatively affordable price point. With all that I have purchased, I had to reach out to customer service twice (once due to ordering the wrong item and only once due to an issue with a piece of equipment. Each time I reached out, their customer service was absolutely stellar! On both occasions they responded quickly and to my full satisfaction. This latest time, Holly assisted me with the issue and she quickly sent a return label for the item and setup a new order for its replacement. Even though I left my number in case they had questions, it was a straightforward and painless interaction where a call wasn’t even required. Kudos to Rep and all of their great customer service agents who have me as a lifelong loyal customer!

I am shocked by the quality of the competition bench that purchased especially based upon the price and shipping time that were excellent. Less than a week during peak holiday season!nThe customer service might have even outdone the product quality, there was a minor issue on my shipping. The response from the service department was within a half of an hour and they worked hard to solve my issue. They have won me over as a customer for sure.

Thank you Rep Fitness for fantastic customer service! Wyatt was great.nOur PR-1100 Power Rack came with one of the bottom side braces with the holes on the wrong side. After contacting customer service, Wyatt walked me through what to do and kept me updated with multiple emails to communicate the status and to let me know when it was resolved. It took a little over 2 days from contact to replacement brace being shipped.nCan't wait to get it, so we can finish building the rack and start putting it to use.nThank you Wyatt and thank you Rep Fitness for great customer service and great products as we continue to build our home gym.

Great Quality company. FB 5000 is solid and a beast of a bench. Laying on it feels so solid and supportive. At the price point it knocks Rogue out of the water. It's competition height which is a bonus for those who compete. Rated to a 1000 pounds, which is beneficial for me as I'm looking to finally hit that 405 bench. Better than titan because it has a single post in the front. Also purchased a bunch of the rubber coated v2 plates, for the price point these are insanely good quality considering they cost about the same as bare iron. Had a flaw on my bench in a few spots and they took care of me so overall I'm happy. Customer service being good quality will keep me coming time and time again.

Like many former gym goers I’ve been searching for exercise equipment anywhere I could get it the last six months. Everything is hard to come by. A month or two ago I was able to buy a REP PR-4000 rack and Lat/Row attachment. I bought it by ordering it piece by piece, but was unable to get one critical cross member for the lat/row attachment. I’ve been checking the REP website daily looking for it to come back in stock.nnToday, Kelsey, a REP customer service representative emailed me to give a heads up that the part would be in stock soon and offered me the chance to pre-order it. They had noted that my previous order was missing that part. Wow, I was impressed! Pretty nice service, especially in these times when all the exercise companies are struggling to produce the products that are in such high demand.nnIt is always a pleasant surprise to receive great customer service. There don’t seem to be that many companies any more that believe in staffing a quality customer service department. I’ve always thought that great service paid for itself in the long run. I’m a satisfied customer of REP Fitness.
