Clean gym, convenient for everyone in the area as it’s kind of the only gym, and the staff is wonderful! The only negative is the hours that they are open. Looking into 24hrs wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Last year I started taking yoga classes in the morning before I went to work which works out great for me. This year I’ve added TRX TRAINING on the days when I don’t do yoga. I love it! The staff is very friendly and the instructors for the classes are Awesome! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to workout.

New fall hours suck! Closing 8pm weekdays and 3pm saturdays. I’ll be finding another gym.
