The store does not have a parking space of its own, so be prepare to walk a little bit to reach the store. Vehicles can be parked at the road side on the way down from the Health Complex or in Laitumkhrah market parking lot. It is not a very big store so all items can be easily found in short duration. Store attendants are helpful but they need to improve their knowledge of every item so that they can help their customers better. The store is not wheelchair accessible at the moment. They accept both cash and card payments.

I really wish that there was an option not to give any stars because the service was so disappointing. Firstcry being an established name should maintain a certain standard of service and courtesy towards the customers but here it was just terrible staff was unmannered and unhelpful as for the products almost nothing was there. There are better shops such as La Bebe that offers quality service as well as products.

I bought bedset and as it was uneven and could cause pain to baby wanted to exchange but store denied on very next day saying they can't exchange product once bought. It's better to purchase online.
