Wankhar Entomology Museum

Nice place to visit. I've been there recently and it was such a soothing and enjoyable experience. If you visit the city you should spare some time to hangout here and feel refreshed while having a good time with your friends and family. A great place for general public and entegologists alike. Although small, has a good collection. This privately owned museum is maintained by Wankhar descendants. Great effort by the family..kudos to them. Not to miss spot in Shillong.

It quite small and all about insects. The price is bit too steep considering the amount of collection they have. The only good part it is on the roadside and can easily be found.
