India Post (New Nepaligoan)

Visited the post office couple of times to enquire about the parcel which is in Dimapur but is not getting delivered. Gave me different reasons everytime I visited. Its so frustrating when you're helpless and the service provider initiates no effort in solving the issue.

worst experience!! The aunties working there are so rude and don't even know how to talk properly with the customers! Totally a turn off.

Very disappointed !! Going to speed post for almost 3 days now but always not possible ..y? Because they are about to close like in 11 am? Seriously very disappointing ud83dude11

Worst costumer service ever I had experience in my lifetime,those aunties should really need to learn some manners n also get some degree on how to treat people with kindness not by their 1rupess attitude ,visited today for the first time ,first impression worst impression never visiting again ,never wanna see those aunties face again...lol really disappointed...

Just taking salary from govt...nothing work doing
