I always get attitude and sometimes even yelled at and rude behavior, like answering questions about other peoples cases is super rude to them even tho its part of their job, ive had to call 3 times for issues involving a case and only 1 of those 3 times were they helpful the others they just acted like i was inconveniencing them, ive been told to check mycase and we all know not everything is on my case, great to see our tax dollars at work!

No one who works there ever answers the phone and there is no voicemail system set up.
