Maa Basundhari Temple present in Sankhapur village. It comes under Bantala Police Station which is in Angul District. It is the Famous Temple among the Locality. Goddess Maa Durga is being worshiped here as the Name Maa Basundhari. The Temple is so old but it is newly constructed and renovation was done in last year with attractive design. All the People of Village believe in Maa Basundhari. Morning and evening worship of Maa Basundhari is done by Pujaka and Bramhin. The location of the Temple is very good. Peaceful Place.
