I lost my debit card on 31 march and blocked the card on the same day and after talking to the customer care got the information that i can reissue a debit card by visiting the near by branch. Based on the information got from customer care, today i went to bhadrak bypass branch to reissue a new debit card for my account and one employee came to the door as security did not allow me to enter inside the bank and told me that i have to reissue the card through online and i came back without resolving my issue.nnAgain i talked with customer care and they said me the same thing to visit the nearest branch and meet the branch manager directly.nnI am really not understanding how to get debit card. :(
