Food quality is really tasty but the behavior of staffs are not quite good

Great location, easy to spot from traffic, ambience is fine as well. Now coming to the experience, the restaurant has two levels, ground and 1st floor, each of them able to accommodate around 20-30 people. There's usually a wait here and to say the staff were not very polite enough to offer us a couch/seat to wait. Food is great, taste is very good and the prices are moderate. One star short because of poor staff courtesy.
