I am a regular customer. been thr today 23rdNov 2tighten d specks frame. Staff were cordial&efficient.my small work was attended promptly.will visit again next month 4eye test, & change of frame&glasses.

Firstly, the store premise is very hygienic and clean. Quite a wide range of frames available, both age/gender/budget-wise. You're allowed to wear and try out any frame, and no one nags you about it; that's a good thing according to me. Deliveries can get a bit later than other competing stores but that can be attributed to transportation issues due to the pandemic situation.
